1. General Information

At PANCH BHARAT FARM, we take great care to ensure that our natural and traditional products, including Desi Cow Ghee, reach you in perfect condition.
Because our products are food-based and perishable, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the limited cases described below.


  1. When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

a. Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Product

If your order arrives in damaged condition, leaking, or is found to be defective upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

You must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery by emailing support@panchbharat.com, along with photos or videos showing the issue clearly (including packaging).

b. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a wrong product or wrong quantity, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


  1. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Product opened or used by the customer

Change of mind or dislike of product (taste, texture, color, etc.)

Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

Customer provides wrong address or fails to collect the parcel

Any request made beyond 48 hours after delivery


  1. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped after verification.


  1. How to Report an Issue

To raise a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at support@panchbharat.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, date of purchase, and description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos/videos showing the damage or wrong item.
  4. Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.

  1. Return Shipping

For verified damaged/wrong items, PANCH BHARAT FARM will cover all return shipping costs or arrange for pickup.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
